Hi, It's my understanding by most that Spironolactone is supposed to slow the shedding / stabilize the hair loss and in some rarer cases can help regrow. But, if it's not slowing visible shedding can it still be helping by protecting the new hairs coming in from DHT so they might be thicker / stronger? - - - Updated - - - Awww geez . .
