I have hair loss due to radation therapy for a brain tumor that I had 10 years ago. I've been told that surgery wouldn't be an option for me - Is this true?

It depends on how much hair you have left and the quality. Best thing to do is check with a dermatologist or plastic surgeon (reputable and recommended if possible) and get their professional opinion.

Most worthy surgeons will give you a free consultation to determinie if you are a candidate. If your donor site is pretty full, and you don't have huge areas to be filled, you may have pretty good results. Good Luck and let us know if you find out any information.
