What multi vitamins do you all take? One for women? Do you take them in addition to other supplements like B-Complex, biotin, iron, MSM, zinc, amino acids?? Isn't there then a possibility of over supplying your body? I'd like to take a multi, but I also take the above listed supplements and do not want to overload my body (esp. iron since I know that you can build a toxicity). And I only want to take one multi pill a day, not 3 or 4. Thanks, appreciate the advice.
