    It's good news other treatment are on the horizon, but I would be afraid to participate not knowing what side effects could possibility occur down the road.

    Yes, this is optimistic for us. In terms of side effects, I agree. For example, a side effect of Ruxolitinib is the Shingles. I've had the shingles, so no thank you. Abatacept may cause hives, difficulty with breathing, etc. But they're used to treat closely related auto immune diseases, so it'll be interesting to see the outcome of the trial. I'm also curious about the long term effects. Wait and see and hope I guess. But at least it's being looked at.
