Healthline.com offers information about resveratol and ashwagandha. My dermo suggested Sea Buckthorn which I start taking about a month ago - it’s an ingredient in an multi omega supplement. She also suggested viviscal. I have not started taking that as I read some reviews that it makes your face oily and bad breakouts. I take a variety of vitamins that are recommended for hairloss and using rogaine for women. Have some new growth and anxious for it turn into thicker hair.
