Dear Dr. Alan Bauman, my sister has alopecia for more than 10 years. She has restored most of hair, but they are thin and no hair at fringe (at forehead). Can trasplantation help her to restore hair at fringe and if transplanted hair are taken from the back of head, is it mean that at back of the head she will not have hair there or that hair will be restored as well? Can you please advice some readings (links) on this topic (that is easy to understand, and then I can show to my sister and mum). Do you know some good clinics in Moscow that can do good women transplantation?
