Anybody familiar with this? From Wikipedia :

RU-58841 is an experimental drug candidate which is intended for use as a topical treatment for acne, androgenetic alopecia, and hirsutism. The compound is similar in structure to RU-58642 but contains a different side-chain. These compounds are non-steroidal anti-androgen drugs similar to nilutamide, which is related to flutamide, bicalutamide, and enzalutamide.

Here's a thread I found about how to prepare and use it.

I started using it just over 2 weeks ago. Nothing to say yet, but I haven’t seen a decrease in shedding or anything. I should also mention that I’ve been taking 0.5mg avodart for about 3 weeks also. Let’s hope it all works out, cause I’m despo as hell.

Hey, sorry but it’s not good news.
It did nothing for me. Sadly no treatment has. I stopped RU and tried the strongest known antiandrogen topically (darolutamide) and it also did nothing. I’ve also tried Setipiprant and it did nothing. I tried topical estrogen + Diane35, nothing. Spironolactone, cyproterone acetate, avodart, topical and oral minoxidil. Nothing.
