Sorry I have no idea but I just wanted to send you big hugs. What you've described sounds awful and I hope you get yourself sorted out soon xXx

Have you been tested for antibodies? When your thyroid is starting to burn out from Hashimotoes it is possible to cycle through symptoms of both. I had hashimotos before having my thyroid removed for cancer and I had symptoms similar to yours. I imagine that post-partum thyroiditis could cause some of the same symptoms even in the absence of thyroid antibodies.

I have been cycling through this for about 18 months now. I have autoimmune thyroid disease. If the antibodies test came back negative, it is worth retesting 3 months later just to be sure.
